Customer Services Representative

The Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA) is looking to hire Customer Service Representatives (CR-05) to join its housing team at multiple locations in Canada. This is work from location work that provides full time employment. The main tasks will include supporting the military families by working in the housing related services. This is a great opportunity for people who wish to work with military personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidates will be responsible for coordinating the appointments for repair and maintenance in the housing facilities. They will deal with the technical staff. They will respond to queries from the tenants and contractors. They will assign work and process the orders to contractors. They will look after the wait list and ensure everything is running smoothly. They will be involved in allocating the housing facility to the military staff. The candidates will handle day to day communication with the staff and their families. They will keep a record and track data. They will write reports.

Education:

To apply for the job, the candidates must have a high school degree or equivalent. A combination of experience and education is also acceptable.

Experience:

The candidate should know how to provide customer service to the clients via phone and email. They should be able to work in fast paced environment. They should know how to use basic computer. If they have previously worked in admin support, this will be a plus point.

Skills and Competencies:

The candidate should pay attention to detail. They should be able to multitask regularly. They should be a team player.

Benefits:

The annual salary will be $62533 to $67699. The relocation cost will be covered at the initial stage. There will be career stability and government benefits will be provided.
