PRIME Application Support /Specialist

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is looking to hire a PRIME Application Support (AS-02 / SP-ADM-02). The work location will be Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. The candidate will work to provide support to the PRIME Records Management System like securely handling the records and easy operational workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

The main responsibility of the candidates should be to provide customer support and solve their enquiries. They will administer the system functions like security, workflow and organizational structures. They will be using the Safety Applications like CAD, MDT, PIP, etc. They will research and analyse and troubleshoot the operational issues. They will collaborate with the internal and external teams.

Qualification:

For the job, the required qualification is a secondary school diploma or a combination of education and experience. There is a requirement for previous experience in using MS Office and other technologies. They should have a good experience of research and analysis.

Experience:

The candidates should have experience working in the PRIME records Management System. They should have experience with public safety and know the system administration functions. An experience in law enforcement and policing environments is an advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

The candidate should have oral and written communication skills. They should have the ability to research and organize. They should have problem-solving capacity. They should have a strong client focus.
