Box Office Supervisor (Part-time)
The Recreation, Cultural and Facility Services Department of Ottawa, Canada, is looking to hire candidates for the position of Supervisors, Box Office (Requisition ID: 18084). Key Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of the selected candidates include supervising day to day guests in the box office. They will perform clerical duties and technical functions. They will train and monitor the Customer Service Attendants for good service standards. They will uphold theatre policies and safety standards. They will ensure a positive client experience.
Qualification:
The required qualification for this post is completion of Grade 12 and Certification of Standard First Aid, CPR and AED. Along with this, the candidate should have completed AODA Customer Service / IASR training.
Experience:
The candidate should have one year customer service experience in a cultural or arts setting. Previous experience of leadership in a fast-paced environment will be a plus point.
Skills and Competencies:
The candidates should be able to supervise and train the staff. They should have multitasking skills. They should have effective decision making skills. The Candidates should have knowledge of the cash management system. They should be proficient in computers. The candidates should have good knowledge of health and safety legislation.
Benefits
