Collection Support Unit Supervisor

Statistics Canada is looking to hire Collection Support Unit (CSU) Supervisors. The job will be at different locations in Canada. The selected candidate will lead different teams in the 2026 Census.

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for recruiting the staff for the Collection Support Unit. They will train the employees to handle the inbound and outbound calls. They will develop the schedules of work for the employees. They will monitor the staff performance. They will make a weekly payment to the staff. They will follow the inquiries of the public and try to solve them.

Required Qualifications:

The candidate should have completed two years of secondary school. A combination of education and relevant experience could also be accepted. The candidate should be eligible to get reliability security status clearance.
