Instructional Officer (Instructional Designer)

The CSIS is looking to hire Instructional Officers ( Instructional Designer). This will be a permanent job position with an indeterminate work opportunity. The job location will be Ottawa, Ontario in Canada. The candidate will be responsible for looking after the training quality and outcome of the performance of the candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for managing the instructional design project. They will coordinate the teams. They will work with the instructors and stakeholders. The candidate will find the differences between needs and performance and fill the gaps. They will develop the policies to support training programs. The candidates will design the lesson plans and learning materials. They will do the evaluation. The candidates will organize the delivery sessions.

Required Qualification:

The candidate should have an undergraduate degree in education or psychology with relevant experience. Or they should have an undergraduate degree in Human Resource and a training with 4 years of relevant experience.

Experience Needed:

The candidate should have experience in project management. They should have experience to solve issues in learning materials. They should have experience in developing lessons. They should have experience with evaluations.

The candidate should pay attention to details. They should have organizational skills. They should have good communication skills. They should be a team player.
