Cleaner – Ontario Region

The Department of National Defence is looking to hire Cleaners. The job will be at different locations like Kingston, Thunder Bay, Toronto and Trenton. The candidates will be doing hands-on work for the National Defence.

Key Responsibilities:

The candidates will be responsible for daily cleaning duties. They will sweep, mop and vacuum the surfaces. They will operate cleaning machinery. The candidates will restock the supplies. They will follow safety procedures. They should be able to lift 20 Kg. They will report the issues to senior staff members.

Qualification:

No formal education is required for the job. The candidates should be able to follow instructions from seniors. They should be proficient in English and French. They should be physically capable of doing the hard work. The candidates will be using PPE.

Experience:

The candidates should have experience in performing the cleaning duties. They should have worked in hospital, office, cafes, retail spaces or a residential building before. They should have experience of operating cleaning machinery with safety and proficiency.
