Clinical/Forensic Psychologist

The Communication Security Establishment (CSE) is looking to hire suitable candidate for the position of Clinical/ Forensic Psychologist (UNI 10). The job location is Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. CSE works in the cyber security. This position is open to Canadian citizens only. The selected candidate will get a salary of $120,463 to $141,723 on per year basis. The candidate should have a Master’s degree or a PhD in Psychology. The last date to apply is April 30, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for doing the psychological assessment for the CSE employees. The candidate will do the interviews for evaluating suitability. Then they will prepare detailed reports about the candidates they have interviewed. They will provide advice related to the candidate is fit for the organization. They will talk about the findings to the stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

The candidate should have a Master’s degree or a PhD in psychology. They should have studies from a recognized university. They should have a specialization in clinical or forensic psychology. They should be members of a regulatory body like the College of Psychologists of Ontario. They should be eligible to get enhanced top security (ETS) clearance.

Experience Needed:

The candidates should have conducted a psychological assessment with adult people. They should have assessed personality and emotions in adults. They should have experience in using the standard tools. The candidate should have experience in writing psychological assessments.

Skills and Competencies:

The candidate should have good analytical skills. They should have good communication skills. They should be able to work in collaboration. They should have leadership skills. They should have proficiency in English and French.
