Bilingual Agent & Officer

These are temporary positions with the salary ranging from $65,389 to $73,595 per year. The candidates are required to be bilingual in English and French. Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for the interactions with the taxpayers by telephone. The candidates will communicate in both English and French. They will review and verify the tax forms and correct any mistakes. They will conduct the research and escalate the issues to the relevant teams whenever required. They will maintain the records of the tax forms.

Required Qualifications:

The candidate should have completed a secondary school diploma from a recognized institution. For some positions, candidates require introductory coursework like CPA Introductory Financial accounting. The candidates must be bilingual to apply for this position. Experience Needed:

There is no such requirement for any previous experience. But an experience in customer service or a call centre will be considered an asset.
