Customer Service Role

The ministry of Public Service Delivery and Procurement is looking to hire a dedicated Customer Service Representative 2. This would be a temporary job opportunity with work as on-call basis. This is a 6 months job opportunity and there are chances of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for providing customer service. They will engage with the customer in person, on the phone and virtually. They will go through the applications. They will be responsible for collecting the payments. They will solve the customer inquiries. They will maintain the records.

Required Qualification:

The candidate should have a secondary school diploma. A combination of education and relevant experience is also accepted. They should be eligible for a criminal record check. They should be able to complete employment screening requirements. They should know how to use computer software.

Experience Needed:

The candidate should have experience in customer service, retail, banking or any customer facing role. They should have experience in handling the finances.

Skills and Competencies:

The candidate should have good communication skills. They should be good at Microsoft Office. They should be good with database systems. They should be able to do different tasks. They should be able to work in teams.

 Benefits

The candidate will get a salary of $28.81 – $33.40 on per hour basis. They will get 5% of gross pay for statutory holidays. They will get 5.75% of gross pay for vacations. They will get a supplementary health and a hospital plan. They will be eligible for the pension plan.
