Customer Service Representative II (Part-time)
The Recreation, Cultural and Facility Services Department is looking to hire Customer Service Representatives II. The job location will be Ottawa, Canada. The selected candidates will work for 24 hours per on week basis.
Key Responsibilities:
The candidate is responsible for providing customer service to the patrons at the community centre. They will look after the cash transactions. The candidates will do clerical work. They will take care of customer enquiries. The candidates will be supervising the public places for safety.
Qualification:
The candidates should have completed grade 11. They should have a college diploma in administration or recreation. They should have a standard first aid certification. The candidates should know how to perform CPR. They should be an AED operator.
Experience:
The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role. They should have experience in managing administration. They should know how to handle financial transactions. If the candidate has previous experience in managing community events, that would be considered an asset.
Skills and Competencies:
The candidate should know how to work with the Microsoft Office Suite. They should have strong organizational skills. They should be good at problem solving. The candidates should have good communication skills. They should be good at multitasking. They should be able to work independently and as part of the team. The candidates should have knowledge about office procedures and record keeping.
