Client Support Centre Agent

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is looking to hire Client Support Centre Agents. The job location will be Montreal, Canada. Different tenures are available for the candidates. They will look after the refugee programs.

Key Responsibilities:

The main responsibility of the candidates will be to respond to client crises. The queries will be related to immigration, citizenship and application status. They will access the information from IRCC systems. They will explain the IRCC programs to the clients professionally. The candidates will use different software systems. They will use policies to solve client issues. The candidates will need to complete all the required training modules.

Education:

The candidates are required to have a secondary school diploma or 2 years of secondary school education and 2 years of customer service experience. They should be bilingual in CBC/CBC in English and French. They should be able to use the technology like outlook, teams and web browsers. The candidates should be able to work in multiple programs at one time. The candidates should be able to work in the fixed schedules.

Experience:

The candidates should have past experience working in a call centre. They should have worked in customer oriented service before.

Skills and Competencies:

The candidates should be good at handling clients. They should have good analytical thinking. They should have good communication skills. They will be working in teams and also independently. They should be able to work under pressure.

Benefits

The selected candidates will get a salary of $62,533 – $67,699 on per year basis. They will be able to choose hybrid work. A training program will be provided to the candidates. They will have the flexibility to work in shifts.
