Bilingual Manager, Software Engineering

The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) is looking to hire a Bilingual Manager a software engineer to join the Business Solutions Engineering Team. The job location will be Montreal, Toronto or Ottawa in Canada. This is a permanent, part time and hybrid role. The candidate should have a degree in Computer Science or a related field. The salary will be $101,639.30 to $127,049.13 on per year basis. The candidate should be bilingual. The posting will remain open until a suitable candidate is found.

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for leading a software engineering team and coaching them. They will implement the standards and training programs. They will track the performance of the tasks. Required Qualifications:

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field. They should be eligible to get secret level security clearance. They should be bilingual and proficient in English and French (CBC/CBC).

Experience Needed:

The candidate should have 7 years of experience in software engineering. They should have 3 years of experience in leadership. They should have experience in coaching and performance management.
