Park Warden (seasonal)

The Ministry of environment, Conservation and Parks is looking to hire a Park Warden (Seasonal). The job location is at Ontario Parks at Port Burwell Provincial Park, Canada. This is a temporary seasonal role. The salary will be $25.78 – $28.72 on an hourly basis. People having a secondary school diploma can apply for the job. The last date to apply is January 9, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for looking after the security at the park. They will help with the managing the natural resources. The candidate will also do the technical work. The candidate will provide information to the people who visit the park. The candidate will be a part of visitor programs. They will work with the hand tools. 

Required Qualification:

The candidate should have a secondary school diploma. They could also have a combination of education and relevant experience. The candidate should have a valid Ontario Class G driver’s license. The candidate should have a standard First Aid certification.

Experience Needed:

The candidate should have experience in park works. The candidate should have experience with resource management. They should have experience in public service work.

Skills and Competencies:

The candidate should have knowledge of resource management. They should know about the park rules. The candidate should have good communication skills. They should have the organisational skills. The candidate should be physically strong to do all the tasks.
