Parks Canada, Ontario Waterways Unit, Trent Severn Waterway is looking to hire Lock Operations Students for the season of 2026. The job location is from Port Severn to Trenton, Ontario, Canada. Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for helping with the safe movement of boats through the bridges. They will collect the lock fees from boats and visitors. They will be working on the daily operations. They will do the housekeeping work. They will keep the space maintained. They will maintain cleanliness. The candidates will follow the safety procedures. They will work in collaboration with the team members.

Required Qualifications:

The candidates should be enrolled as a full time or part time student with a recognized secondary or post-secondary institution. They will be required to submit proof of education. They should be a minimum of 15 years age.

Experience Needed:

The candidate should have experience working in a team. They should have experience in previous customer service.
