Records Clerk

The Ministry of Solicitor General is looking to hire a Records Clerk. The selected candidate will work in the Central North Correctional Centre. The job location is Penetanguishene, Ontario, Canada. This is a permanent job position with full time role.

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for verifying the admission documents. They will calculate the inmate’s sentence. They will maintain the offender’s files. They will prepare documentation for the inmate’s release. The candidates will provide information to the senior staff. They will keep the records confidential.

Education:

The candidate is required to have a secondary school diploma. A combination of education and experience is also acceptable. They should have knowledge of maintaining the records at the office. They should have knowledge about the criminal justice system. They should know how to verify the data. The candidate should handle the sensitive information responsibly.

Experience:

The candidate should have experience working in the administrative departments. They should have a background in using computer applications. They should make sure that the documentation is accurate.
