Visitor Services Attendant (Bilingual)–Inventory

Parks Canada is looking to hire individuals for Visitor Services Attendants (Bilingual) Inventory. The job location will be in Fundy National Park, Alma, New Brunswick. The candidate should have successfully completed a secondary school. The candidates will get a salary of $27.47 to $29.85 on per hour basis for 18 weeks between May and October. This is an inventory process. The closing date of applications is December 3, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

The candidates will be responsible for greeting the visitors. They will provide information and orientation about the park. They will work at the entrance, campgrounds, and visitor service locations. They will handle the cash collected by selling the merchandise. They will check the visitor’s permits. They will help with the questions of the visitors. They will help with the safety of Parks. The candidates will work in collaboration with the park teams.

Required Qualifications:

The candidates should have completed secondary school. They could also have a combination of education and relevant experience. They should be bilingual in English and French. The candidates should be eligible to work in Canada. They should have a valid driver’s license.

Experience Needed:

The candidate should have experience in customer service. They should have experience in solving challenging questions. They should have experience in handling cash. They should be okay to work in a fast paced environment.

The candidates should have good communication skills. They should be focused on the clients. They should have good judgment skills. They should be adaptable to the fast changing environment.
